In the second part of the event, these skills were useful for developing a SWOT analysis of the following target audiences: pharmaceutical manufacturers and the media. Participants worked out strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in their areas, which contributes to the formation of a strong communication concept in any project. Based on the developed SWOT analysis, the training participants will prepare their own final presentation within the final day.
