In St. Petersburg, I finished the All-Russian Pharmprobeg

On June 3, 2019, a final press conference was held in St. Petersburg I of the All-Russian Pharmaceutical Run “National goals in the field of health. Breakthrough technology development. ”

The official meeting from the very beginning flowed into a heartfelt conversation between the conference participants. Many experts shared their impressions of the past event and expressed thoughts and ideas about the future of the Pharmaceutical Run.

The event was moderated by Dmitry Chagin, the chairman of the board of the Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers of the Eurasian Economic Union : “I’m immensely glad that the end of the First All-Russian Pharmaceutical Run takes place in my hometown. This is a brilliant idea that we all tried to realize. Everything turned out great with us. Those cities that we visited demonstrate the very Life Science – the science of life. ”

The chief editor of the newspaper, Internet portal and television Pharmaceutical Bulletin German Inozemtsev acted as a co-moderator: “We have gathered for a solemn, significant occasion – the succesful completion of the First All-Russian Pharmaceutical Run. New content always leads us to a new form. But the new form also implies new content. Farm run is a new form that perfectly matches the new content. ”

Igor Pozharnov, Chairman of the Board of the Kaluga Pharmaceutical Cluster, spoke about the active development of his region and noted the important role of Farmrobeg in the overall growth of the cluster system: “The new form of run is very important. This allows not only to organize interaction within specific clusters, but also to interact with other regions. ”

The President of the PharmMedPolis Cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Gaifullin spoke about the first results that the All-Russian Pharmaceutical Run brought for his region: “I still feel the aftertaste. I did not expect, but pharmaceutical companies are contacting us who plan to expand and are ready to discuss cooperation with our cluster. ”

Dmitry Kovalev , director of the Academy of Digital Technologies of St. Petersburg, as an observer from the outside, also praised the achievements of the Pharmaceutical Run: “You had a serious, rich program. Participants have come a long way “from suitcase to suitcase.” You have done a great, great job. Such actions should encourage other industries to organize similar events. And not for business, but for the development of our citizens. ”

The needs of the patient community were expressed by Olga Vostrikova , chairman of the international patient union: “We are contacted by regional offices, regional non-profit organizations that help patients and ask us to help organize, including the supply of medicines, tell patients, what’s new on the pharmaceutical market. Farm run is power. I admire the people who passed it and gave patients the opportunity to learn about innovative drugs. ”

The President of Active Component JSC Alexander Semenov expressed his support for the I All-Russian Pharmaceutical Run in the future and shared his vision of the following events: “If you gather the heads of regulatory structures and in the course of your conversations develop warm and good discussions about the future of the Russian pharmaceutical industry, strategies development, it will be very useful. ”

Igor Narkevich , rector of the FSBEI HE SPFU of the Ministry of Health of Russia, as a representative of the educational sector, spoke about the need to create an innovative environment that would provide an industry breakthrough and the development of new drugs. The expert also noted the importance of direct contact between universities and the employer and shared a festive occasion: “We are very pleased that the rally ended in St. Petersburg. Coincidentally, it was the First All-Russian Pharmaceutical Run that took place precisely this year, when the Chemical and Pharmaceutical University celebrates its centenary. ”

The General Director of Technopark of St. Petersburg JSC Andrei Sokolov also expressed his opinion on the First All-Russian Pharmaceutical Run: “This is not entirely new, but a little forgotten old. Previously, propaganda brigades traveled to the Soviet Union. But it’s one thing to travel and talk, and another thing is to build interaction. When there are meetings with governors, vice-governors, ministers, and when this formal communication becomes informal, there is an exchange of experience and a conversation about sore topics. A lot of work after this event still remains for 5, 10 years in advance. Because the participants of the rally built a relationship among many regions where further interactions were identified within the framework of the meetings. ”
The general director of the inter-industry association PHARMPROBEG Anna Plesovskikh spoke about the preliminary results of the patient survey, the sample of which during the event increased from 322 people to more than 900 respondents. The run organizer also shared the history of the project: “Sometimes an idea comes, and you no longer have power over it. She begins to live, develop, and this is exactly what happened with this project. I am sure that as soon as we determine the starting and ending points of the next Farm Run, everything will unfold quite quickly. Today, I would like to heartily thank all those who supported the event, especially the journalistic community, who actively joined this large-scale action. ”

Sergey Movchan , Advisor to the Governor of St. Petersburg, noted the importance of initiatives that come “from below” and shared his thoughts on the importance of human contact: “Most importantly, you looked into the eyes of patients. Now we have a powerful pharmaceutical industry that ensures the drug safety of our homeland. It is important that both doctors and patients are informed about new domestic medicines that are safe and effective. People must understand that they can trust their health to Russian pharmaceuticals. ”

He was supported by the director of the Media Institute for Public Health Varvara Kazhberova : “We already see today that the field of drug provision is becoming more public. People are beginning to realize the responsibility for their health, and mass media is increasingly influencing this area as a full-fledged public health development factor. “

Summed up the meeting Marina Zinina , director of the cluster development center of Technopark of St. Petersburg JSC, who shared her emotions from the event: “It was the most difficult organization of the dialogue, organization of effective meetings, realization of the opportunity to personally see the production. It was very productive. I feel very proud of the development of the pharmaceutical industry. ”

Presentation of the innovative capabilities of the Technopark of St. Petersburg completed the business program.
