On July 29, 2019, the Institute of Toxicology of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency, the Federal State Budget Institution of Science, will conduct the first training on the topic “Effective Communication in the Medical and Pharmaceutical Communities. Keys to effective communication. ” The event will be held at the Institute in St. Petersburg. Seats are limited.
As part of the four-day training, an in-depth study of the basics of communication, practical development of public speaking skills, preparation of a successful presentation, removal of communication barriers, and determination of the keys to effective communication in the professional community will take place.
Participants of the training will learn the success factors of effective communication, how to check information for reliability, how to analyze the situation in the process of communication, how to identify the interlocutor by gestures and non-verbal communication, how to effectively complete communication and avoid incorrect communication.
