In the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation “On national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2024”, the key priority in the field of healthcare is to reduce the mortality rate of various population groups. In order to achieve the set targets, it is necessary to develop effective mechanisms for drug provision, quality and availability of medicines, implement active longevity programs, national security, identify effective tools for the development of breakthrough technologies, pricing in both the industrial and pharmacy segments. A quick and effective solution to this “problem with many unknowns” requires innovative approaches and the consolidation of representatives of various structures. The organizers of the I All-Russian Pharmaceutical Run decided to quit the offices and discuss urgent issues in an & informal setting by all parties of the professional community, to attract the topical issues of national goals in the healthcare field.
