Today, there is a serious need to revise the drug supply system at the outpatient stage of treatment of patients. According to the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “National Research Institute of Public Health named after N.A. Semashko”, about 10-12% of the population is covered by state drug support programs for outpatient treatment.
